md:complex melanoceuticals combines high concentrations of whitening, exfoliating, antioxidant and brightening active principles that inhibit the mechanisms in different stages of the melanogenesis process, blocking the appearance of cutaneous hyperpigmentations. It accelerates epidermal renewal and enhance skin penetration of active ingredients, lightening the skin tone, reducing imperfections and restoring a smoother texture. Its antioxidant ingredients increase skin luminosity, softness and elasticity, helping prevent skin photo aging.

• Tranexamic acid: Inhibits melanin synthesis, blocking the interaction of melanocytes and keratinocytes by inhibition of the plasminogen/plasmin system, and also prevents ultraviolet ray induced pigmentation. It is the only ingredient that can actually reduce the chance of melasma recurrence.
• Glutathione:Master antioxidant. It directly inactivates Tyrosinase enzyme
• Azeloglycine:Improved form of Azelaic acid. It has a Tyrosinase inhibitor effect, anti-proliferating and cytotoxic effect on hyperplasic melanocytes. Powerful keratolytic and antioxidant effect.
• Kojic acid:Inactivates tyrosinase. Melanocytes treated with Kojic acid become non-dendritic, with a decreased melanin content.
• Alpha Arbutin:Blocks epidermal melanin biosynthesis by inhibiting enzymatic oxidation of Tyrosine and Dopa. It   also inhibits melanosomes maturation
• Glycolic and citric acid:Diminish corneocyte adhesion and promotes cellular mitosis, accelerating cellular renovation and the penetration of topical agents. They facilitate the removal of melanised keratinocytes through desquamation, lightening hyper pigmented areas. Important antioxidant & regenerating properties.
• Ascorbic acid:Avoids and reduce hyper pigmentations, blocking melanin synthesis and capturing free radicals. It decomposes preformed melanin and inhibits the polymerization of melanin.

• Direct application: Apply the content of the vial on the area to be treated with gentle circular massage until complete absorbed. (2ml per session, for entire face).
• Micro needling: 3 pass per area followed by application of solution (2ml per session, for entire face).
• No needle Mesotherapy: 4 pass of probe per area along with application of solution. (2ml per session, for entire face).

• Sessions required:

1st & 2nd month (total 8 sessions), 1 session per week.

3rd & 4th month (total 4 sessions), 1 session per fortnight (2 week).

From 5th month onwards, maintenance sessions (total 4 sessions), 1 session per month.

NOTE: for non-sensitive skins Doctor may apply a chemical peel 3 days before the application, in order to consolidate results.
